1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when goods can be returned, replaced or refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
2. Made-to-order and engineered items
Equipment built, modified or configured to your specification — including custom panels, transformers and special motors — cannot be returned or cancelled once manufacturing has started.
3. Standard stock items
Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our written approval (please contact us first). The buyer bears return shipping unless the item is wrong or defective.
4. Items that cannot be returned
- Items cut to length, such as cables.
- Safety and personal-protective items (for example insulating gloves) once opened or used.
- Items that have been installed, energised or altered.
- Special-order items procured for you.
5. Wrong, damaged or defective items
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours for transit damage, or within 7 days for a defect, with the order number and photographs. We will repair, replace or refund, as appropriate, at our cost.
6. How to return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm whether the return is approved and how to send it.
- Pack the item securely with all accessories and documents.
- We inspect the item on receipt and confirm the outcome.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of our receiving and inspecting the goods. Shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
8. Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched, provided manufacturing has not started, for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
9. Warranty claims
Defects that appear after delivery are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us with the serial number or invoice and we will help you make the claim.
