1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India. Orders from outside India are handled by enquiry — please contact us.
2. Dispatch time
Items shown as in stock are dispatched within 3-5 working days of order confirmation (and payment, for online orders). Made-to-order and engineered equipment is dispatched on the schedule confirmed in your order or quotation.
3. Shipping charges
- Online orders of standard items: a flat charge of Rs. 350 per order, shown at checkout.
- Free shipping on online orders of Rs. 25,000 or more (before GST).
- Heavy or bulky equipment — motors, panels, transformers, pumps and similar project items — is quoted with freight, either ex-works or delivered to site, in your quotation.
4. Carriers and tracking
We use reputable courier and transport partners. Where tracking is available, we share the details by email or phone after dispatch.
5. Transit insurance
High-value consignments can be insured in transit on request; the cost is shown in the quotation.
6. Delivery and inspection
Someone should be available to receive the consignment. Please inspect it on delivery, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery (see our Terms of Sale).
7. Unloading and installation
Unloading, handling and installation of large equipment are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed in writing. We offer commissioning support — see our Solutions.
8. Delays and address errors
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or events beyond our control, but we will keep you informed. Please check your delivery address and contact number carefully; re-delivery caused by an incorrect address may be charged.
